Criminal law: Definition: A system of law concerned with the punishment of offenders.Criminal law is the body of  rules  that narrates crimes. It forbids conduct alleged as hostile, detrimental, or otherwise threatening to the property, health, safety, and moral well-being of people. Most criminal law is established by statute considering laws are enacted by a legislature( an act of parliament). It includes the punishment of people who violate these laws.
